Primary aluminum alloy profiles, PA66 polyamide thermal-break strips, multi-chamber construction and EPDM sealing gaskets are selected to match each system configuration.
Controlled manufacturing
Precision cutting, CNC machining, corner assembly, sealing and final window alignment form the core of the workshop process.
Quality checks
Incoming materials, production stages and finished assemblies are reviewed. Thermal performance, air sealing, wind resistance and water tightness information can be coordinated to project requirements.
System performance depends on the selected frame, glazing, hardware, installation and project conditions. Technical data is provided for the agreed configuration.
